Macomb County Unionization and Collective Bargaining Attorney

The Danielson Group counsels and represents both union and non-union employers in the public and private sector. Many of our clients are union-free and desire to remain so. Gary Danielson, Kenneth Gonko and Bruce Gluski provide guidance and counseling to management to ensure positive employee relations including the development of sound, constructive employment policies and effective communication between management and workforce. Experience tells us that to the extent an employer can minimize employee discontent, the risk of unionization is
also reduced.
